The Body Shop Vitamin E Overnight Serum-In-Oil

VitaminE01 VitaminE02

This past week I’ve tried out one of The Body Shop’s newer skincare releases, which was really exciting!  I’ve heard good things about it and for the past few weeks, my skin has been absolutely horrid.  So I’ve been on the hunt for some new skincare products.

This product is both a serum and oil, which is great; no need two separate products – I picked it up for $26.  I find it very moisturizing on it’s own but easily mixes in with other serums, oils, and lotions.  I’ve tried to mix it in my hand before application with different moisturizers and serums to see how it works with other products.  This doesn’t break me out, and within one application, I noticed a big difference!

The morning after my first application, my skin felt softer and my dry spots weren’t as bad / noticeable.  Within a few days of use, my dry spots were gone.  This product has been great on my picky sensitive skin, and I haven’t broken out – which is a good sign!  I feel that this will be part of my skin routine for a while, or so long as it works for my skin (I change my routine based on my skincare needs throughout the year), especially since you use only 2-3 drops every night.

❤ Always,

    1. Yes, you should be able to use it. Keep in mind you only need 1-2 drops since you do have oily skin (compared to the recommended 2-3) and a little goes a long way. Also, DO NOT RUB it into your skin; pat it on after warming it in your hands. Any extra left on your hands you can rub onto your knees or elbows–if they’re like mine, they need some love too!
      Hope this helps!
