Today’s post is focused more towards my beautiful UK readers and for all you future Brides-To-Be, future prom goers, or those in need of a special occasion dress! Zoe from Aviva Dress has reached out to me and after I checked out their website(here), I was dying to have a reason to get one of their designs!
If you’re from the US, you can still order from their site but do bear in mind that shipping may vary. A very big pro to this, would have to be how unique it is and that you can pretty much guarantee that no one else will have the same dress as you; been there, and it was not fun.
Aviva Dress has different dresses and gowns for all your special occasions; prom, wedding (both for the bride and her bridesmaids), as well as cocktail dresses. Here are a few of my top picks and quick thoughts:
This beautiful A-line sweetheart dress caught my eye right away! It’s similar to the dress I wore to my senior prom and I know that for me, it’s a flattering design.
If you’re shopping on a budget, they have a cheap wedding dresses section. But even their cheap wedding dress designs look very sophisticated and lovely for a reasonable price (as you can see above).
This beautiful dress is their 2014 Style A-line Sweet Heart line. You can use this dress as a short prom dress or even as a homecoming dress. I think that I would even wear this as an everyday dress! So if you plan to get this for your homecoming, you could use this after as an everyday dress that you could easily dress up or down.
You can also check out their cheap prom dresses section as their quality is still beautiful and worthy of your special day. As you can see in the above photo, they have drop dead gorgeous dresses.
You can alter all your dresses and when you order your dress, I would recommend getting fitted / measured by a professional so you can alter your dress to fit perfectly upon ordering.
Have you ever gone to a special occasion, whether it be prom, homecoming, or a fancy get together, and there’s someone else who wore the same dress as you? Then comes the ‘who-wore-it-better’ issue. It happened to me once at prom and, if I do say so myself, I wore it better. But since then, I’ve never shopped at places like Macy’s or stores that I felt were easy accessible to fellow friends and classmates. If you want to stand out and make sure that awkward situation never happens, I would definitely check them out (here).
And for all my lovely readers, they have offered a discount code: AD5%OFF
What are some of your favorite looks / dresses? Please let me know in the comments below! Mine would be a-line sweetheart designs! Oh, and if you do purchase anything, leave me a link to what you purchased in the comments below; I would love to see what you got!
