So today, you get to see what’s in my purse. This bag was a recent purchase on my trip to Vegas a few months ago; it’s by Coach, but I don’t know it’s style or anything and I haven’t been able to find it online. As you can see, I can carry it on my arm or my shoulder.
As you can see, this is what I brought with me today as I went around and ran a few errands. I tend to switch out bags depending on what my plans and activities are for the day. Since it was a casual day out running around, I decided to bring this baby along with me.
First out of my purse is my point and shoot. I tend to not like carrying around my DSLR so I opted for a point and shoot if I run into something I want to blog about. I’ve been playing around with this one and I like it so far.
Next up is my card holder. It’s a cute little thing that I found a while back. I use it to keep any points card or stamp cards for places. A good example would be my gold star card for Starbucks, but I hardly use it now that I have the app on my phone.
I’ve tried Ebates once and I like it so far. After your first purchase through them, they send you a check and ensure you that it isn’t a scam or anything. As you can tell, I didn’t do much damage and my rebate was a little low. I’ll be doing a future post in the weeks to come to explain and talk a little more about them so keep your eyes open!
Of course I couldn’t leave my phone at home. Any of you feel so detached and distant when you don’t have your phone? Whenever I forget it, even if I’m driving down the road to Wal-Mart or something, I get a little anxiety I think.
I can’t go anywhere without my planner. I’ve tried to do app calenders but writing it down works best for me. I just can’t live without my planner. I’m always checking to see my schedule and things that I need done.
Since I do have a planner where I need to write things down in, I usually carry a pen or two. Also, you can’t forget the earphones. I use them to tune out the noisy world when I don’t want to be bothered. I’ve recently took to listening to GebbsJuice Podcasts on iTunes. His short talks are inspirational, motivational, and uplifting. It makes me relaxed and puts a little skip in my walk on bad days.
Can’t forget the wallet. With all these different apps out, I wouldn’t be surprised if you could do without your wallet, but for me, I prefer using cash or my card, and not rely on an app with such sensitive information. This is my Michael Kors wallet that I picked up during my Vegas trip as well. I’ve been loving the design and layout of this wallet.
Oh my. The makeup and everything bag. TMI but I decided to not take out the tampons to make this a little more viewer friendly. You’re all adults / young teens that can totally relate, right? If you want to see what’s usually in my makeup bag, you can see my post here.
Then there’s my iPad. If I’m running around alone and I decide to sit down for a snack or meal, I use that time to catch up on any blogs and read some posts. I tend to ‘like’ posts then when I have my ‘admin day,’ that’s when I usually go to my like posts and do any commenting.
And that’s all! Whew. So much. I didn’t really realize I was carrying all of that today… Wow!
Readers, what can you usually guarantee is in your purse?
