August 2014 Faves

Hello lovelies,

It’s that time again, where I tell you what I’ve been loving this month, ready?  Most of it is from my beauty swap with Megan, and you can check out my post about it here.

2014JulyBirchbox04

First off is Hello Body Cream deluxe sample from my July Birchbox (post here).  I really loved using this after I got out of the shower in the morning because it doesn’t leave my skin feeling slimy or gross.  It absorbs beautifully into the skin and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

E.L.F. Blush and Bronzer

E.L.F. contouring blush and bronzer.  I really enjoy this and the colors are similar to NARS Orgasm and Laguna.  The formula isn’t that bad either as it does last a good amount of time if used with a primer and setting powder / spray.  Just by itself on the other hand, I feel like I could rub off the blush throughout the day as I do tend to rest my head via hand on my cheeks.

E.L.F. Eyebrow Kit

E.L.F. eyebrow kit in medium.  I love this and it is so affordable!  I actually find myself reaching for this more than my Anastasia Brow Pencil, but it might be because I like being able to control everything more using a brush to apply the product versus filling it in with a pencil.  We shall see.

I also love love love NYX Gel Eyeliner, I still need to look up the price for this baby and compare it to my Maybelline Gel Eyeliner which I totally love as well.

Well, that’s all for this month.  I hope you enjoyed the post.  Don’t forget to let me know what you’ve been loving this month!

❤ Always,

krysti
